We are currently looking for dedicated and adaptable Special Needs Teachers to join our team and make a real impact in the lives of pupils with a variety of complex learning needs.

About the Role:
  • Deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to the needs of children with Autism, PMLD, SLD, and other complex learning difficulties

  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed

  • Create a positive and nurturing environment that promotes progress and independence

  • Positions available for day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and potential permanent opportunities

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • QTS or QTLS status

  • A genuine passion for teaching children with additional needs

  • Previous or current experience working in a special needs school (highly desirable)

  • Excellent behaviour management and differentiation skills

  • A flexible, calm, and patient approach
