Where you fit: As the Contracts Manager you are responsible for the performance of your assigned workload whilst reporting to the Head of Operations and working alongside the Design, Supply Chain, and Commercial Manager to deliver all live external projects.

Key Objective: Responsible for the overall coordination, management and leadership of all live external projects from handover from Sales to Final Account close.

Job Challenge: As a key middle manager, your purpose is to stay close to every project being able to provide an elevated perspective and assist contracts managers in more strategic decisions, whilst provide overall accurate reporting to the Head of Operations.

Main tasks:

  • LMA: Lead, Manage and Coach the Project Managers and Site Managers. Drive accountability.
  • Attend bi-weekly PRMs (Project Review Meetings) with the Contracts Managers and Leadership Team.
  • Labour and Resource allocation.
  • Manage multiple project budgets.
  • Manage multiple project programmes.
  • Support Contracts Managers in decision making and advice.
  • Oversee scope changes and variations on multiple projects.
  • Plan Risk Management strategies for all projects and ensure risks are mitigated.
  • Managing and allocating Celoxis tasks to Contracts Managers.
  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure contractual compliance is met on all projects.

Key Performance Indicators:

These will include, but will not be limited to:

  • GP and % of all assigned external projects.
  • Accountability from point of handover. All aspects of Design, procurement, production and operations are lead and managed by this individual
  • HSQE compliance from end to end process
  • Maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships
