About the Company:
Due to team expansion, we are seeking skilled maintenance engineers to join our dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machinery
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, prioritising workload effectively
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Adhere to health & safety protocols and report incidents accurately
- Provide guidance and support to apprentice engineers during shifts
Experience & Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with coating machinery, rollers, steam generation equipment, chemical mixers, drives, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics.
- Ability to read & understand technical drawings.
Qualifications:
- Apprentice-trained (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3, HNC, or HND in Engineering
Shift pattern:
- 3-week rotation
- Day & Night shifts
- No weekends
