We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team in Hazel Grove, Stockport. The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring files onto our new CRM system. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start.
Pay rate: £13 - £14 p/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer and organize files onto the new CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the transfer process.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience using a CRM system.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with data migration processes.
