Location: TS16 area
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-3pm

We're looking for a dedicated Catering Supervisor to lead our on-site catering operation. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong supervisory skills and a passion for delivering high standards in food service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the canteen, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Supervise and support catering staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and customer service
  • Manage food and non-food stock ordering, storage, and control
  • Ensure strict hygiene standards in compliance with environmental health regulations and company policies
  • Deliver food and beverage services in line with customer contracts and expectations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the Account Manager
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality environment
  • Strong practical cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety Management Systems
  • Ideally, qualifications including:
    • Food Safety Level 3 (or working towards)
    • HACCP Level 3 (or working towards)
    • IOSH Supervising Safety (desirable)
    • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
