Job Duties:

Safely operate and drive Class 1 vehicles for long-distance transportation
Transport goods and materials to various locations following the planned routes
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Responsible for vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
Communicate effectively with the Client

Required Qualifications:

Valid Class 1 driving licence
Valid CPC qualification
Valid Digital Tachograph card
No more than 6pts on Licence
No DD, DR, IN and TT on Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months experience driving Class 1 vehicles

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Good Knowledge of the UK road network
Familiarity with transport regulations and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Tramping experience but not essential

Working Conditions:

Full-time hours with potential for overtime
Variable shifts including nights and weekends
Physical stamina required for loading and unloading goods
