Our client, a leading children’s charity are on the lookout for Supervised Contact Facilitators to supervise and support contact sessions between children and their loved ones - in a range of settings including homes, contact centres and community spaces.

This is more than just supervision - it’s about creating a safe, nurturing, and positive space for children to spend time with their families, while managing risk and ensuring emotional wellbeing is always the priority.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting and supervising family time contact sessions
  • Working alongside social workers and other professionals
  • Writing accurate observations and reports
  • Managing risk and promoting positive experiences for children
  • Supporting parents to engage in meaningful contact

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with children, young people and/or families
  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional boundaries
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and confidence
