Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain customer orders accurately
Prepare quotations, shipping documents, and reports
Organise transport, collections, and despatches
Manage invoicing and carry out credit insurance checks
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Respond to customer enquiries and provide regular updates
Maintain accurate customer and order records
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a Sales Administration or similar role
Knowledge of logistics or export procedures (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable, self-motivated, and a great team player

26 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm | Friday 8am-12:30pm
