Castlefield Recruitment is excited to work with a well-established housing association in Staffordshire in their search for a permanent Maintenance Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful management of their repairs service. The role will be paying up to £42,000 - £43,000 per hour annum on a 37 hour working week basis.

Maintenance Surveyor - Housing Association - About The Role:

  • Carry out pre- and post-inspections for responsive repairs and void works, managing a patch in Staffordshire
  • Contract manage the progress of works against schedules
  • Work closely with in-house trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered cost-effectively and to high quality
  • Manage any disrepair cases raised
  • Deal with tenant queries

Maintenance Surveyor - Housing Association - What You Need:

  • Building Surveying experience within a residential environment, ideally social housing
  • Experience managing responsive repairs and void works
  • Minimum HNC/HND building surveying qualification or equivalent qualification in a building related discipline
