We are seeking a skilled Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery and equipment. The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Responsible for loading and unloading the kiln correctly and evenly
- Setting and running the kilns
- To report any malfunctions.
- To recognise faults created
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
- Ensure working environment is clean and safe at all times
- Operating other machines as and when required
Skills
- Previous experience required in a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to tasks.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork.
Shift: Monday to Thursday 7am - 3.45pm / Fridays 7am - 12.45pm
12.29ph when fully trained 14.96ph
Shift work also required (6-2, 2-10, 10-6)
