We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Coordinator to join our clients thriving team in Stoke-on-Trent!

Your Role:As a Client Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Customer Relations team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing product inquiries and queries
  • Processing sales orders using our Sage database
  • Building rapport and determining customers' requirements
  • Performing general administration duties
  • Working towards daily targets, KPIs, and monthly sales objectives
  • Making proactive sales calls to new, existing, and dormant customers
  • Following up on leads and maintaining the CRM system
  • Cross-selling and upselling products when opportunities arise
  • Proactively chasing outstanding quotes and maximising additional business
  • Researching new projects and leads
  • Supporting our dedicated Regional Sales Managers

What We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Good relationship-building abilities
  • General administration and Microsoft skills
  • Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
  • A polite and friendly telephone manner
