We are seeking skilled and reliable Multi-Trades Professionals to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple trades and be capable of carrying out a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks on residential and/or commercial properties.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance work across various trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, tiling, basic electrics)
- Conduct routine inspections and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and within deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Skills & Experience Required
- Own vehicle & tools
- Valid CSCS Card is essential
- Proven experience in a multi-trade role, ideally with certifications or qualifications in one or more core trades
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence (if required for the role)
- Previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or facilities management
