Corporate Solicitor – 4+ PQETop 500 Firm | Stoke-on-Trent | 3 Days WFH  A highly-regarded Top 500 law firm with a strong national and international client base is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its busy and well-established team based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid to senior-level solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a collaborative, people-focused firm with an enviable reputation for delivering commercially sound, jargon-free legal advice. Known for its strong client relationships and pragmatic approach, the firm is large enough to handle complex, high-value transactions, while retaining a close-knit, collegiate culture that fosters long-term career growth. The Opportunity:You’ll be joining a successful and growing corporate team, currently made up of two partners and two senior associates. The work is varied and fast-paced, with a healthy pipeline already in place – this is very much a role for someone to hit the ground running. You’ll advise on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, share purchase agreements, company restructuring, business sales, and general transactional support. The firm is ideally looking for someone who is confident in their technical ability, commercially minded, and happy working independently on deals. Whilst the sweet spot is around 4+ years’ PQE, the team is open to considering more senior candidates at senior associate or even partner level, where appropriate and salary will reflect this. What You’ll Need:
  • A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law
  • Strong technical skills and proven experience handling transactional matters
  • A commercial and client-centred approach
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a friendly, supportive team
