Warehouse Operations Manager (Contract Logistics)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: 45,000
Contract: Maternity Cover (with potential for permanent role, depending on performance)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at our busy Stoke warehouse within the Contract Logistics division. This pivotal role will see you responsible for overseeing warehouse processes, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Oversee staff performance, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and high standards.
Ensure KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients/contracts.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and legal requirements.

About You:

Proven background in 3PL supply chain and fulfilment.
Experience managing key customer contracts within a warehouse environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Highly organised, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SnapFulfil WMS is highly advantageous.
