Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Lease Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our clients long standing, highly regarded and dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the lease purchasing process, showcasing new vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients .
The roles are office based and will require calling potential clients to discuss, advise and sell vehicle leasing options.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers, both Business and private individuals to understand their needs and preferences in vehicles and contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Utilise effective sales techniques, including upselling additional features or services that enhance the buying experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients via phone or email.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments in the vehicle leasing sector.
Requirements

- Proven experience in a car sales environment ( showroom, forecourt or contract sales) is a must for these positions.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity and passion for cars in general.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new sales strategies and market conditions.
