This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with young people who present with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs - particularly those with high levels of anxiety.The School:This unique setting offers a calm, therapeutic environment with small class sizes (no more than 8 pupils per class), allowing staff to provide tailored support and build meaningful relationships. The school has a strong emphasis on emotional wellbeing and staff collaboration, making it an excellent environment for both pupils and professionals to thrive.The Role:As a SEN TA, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and emotional development.
