£35,000 – £37,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Production Planning Analyst to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a central role in keeping operations running smoothly
Key Responsibilities
- Track and update project milestones across live jobs
- Identify and escalate potential delays or risks
- Generate clear reports for internal teams and sales
- Maintain live dashboards and tracking tools
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
