Reed are working with a College in Stoke and are seeking a Lecturer in Electrical Installation to inspire the next generation of professionals! You'll lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of top-tier electrical and related programs, spanning Levels 2 and 3, T-Levels, and Apprenticeship pathways. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in electrical installation.
  • Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of methods, including lectures, projects, workshops, and discussions.
  • Engage with the latest developments in the field to ensure the curriculum and teaching strategies reflect current standards.
  • Assess students’ progress by setting and marking coursework and exams.
  • Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings, and contribute to policy and curriculum development.
