You'll lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of top-tier electrical and related programs, spanning Levels 2 and 3, T-Levels, and Apprenticeship pathways. Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in electrical installation.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Facilitate learning through a variety of methods, including lectures, projects, workshops, and discussions.
- Engage with the latest developments in the field to ensure the curriculum and teaching strategies reflect current standards.
- Assess students’ progress by setting and marking coursework and exams.
- Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings, and contribute to policy and curriculum development.
- A teaching qualification or the willingness to earn one while employed.
- A Level 3 qualification in the electrical sector.
- Strong understanding of the latest developments in electrical installation.
