Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support clients on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, business structuring, shareholder agreements and corporate governance.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through high-quality, commercially sound advice.
- Proactively grow the firm’s corporate offering in the local market.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset
- Ambition, energy and confidence to develop your own practice within a well-supported firm
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
