About the Role:

You will be supporting teaching staff across a range of subjects and year groups, working both with whole classes and in targeted one-to-one or small-group interventions. Your experience will enable you to take initiative, manage classroom routines effectively, and provide tailored support to pupils with diverse needs - including those with SEND or EAL, if applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils

  • Help plan and deliver targeted interventions to support learning progress

  • Support pupils with varying needs, including SEN, behaviour, or English as an additional language

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

  • Monitor pupil progress and report observations to the class teacher

  • Contribute to classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
