Were Furious Pub Company Limited a small but rapidly expanding group of unique pubs and were on the lookout for a General Manager to take the helm at The Swan, Amblecote.
In just 3.5 years, The Swan has become a staple of the Stourbridge pub scene, consistently recognised by CAMRA (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in Pub of the Year awards), known for its brilliant events, and home to the most beautiful beer garden in the area. This isnt just another management job this is your chance to put your stamp on something special and run it like its your own.
?? What were looking for:
- A natural people-person great with both customers and team members
- Someone with a strong sense of ownership, commitment, and drive
- Previous experience managing people (essential)
- Hospitality or pub trade experience is a bonus, but not essential were open to anyone who has the right attitude and leadership skills
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as part of a structured, healthy work/life balance
