Job Description:
- Design and develop digital learning experiences that are accessible, engaging, and inclusive, tailored to meet specific business needs.
- Create blended learning solutions integrating digital, face-to-face, and on-the-job training to cater to diverse learning preferences.
- Utilise learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise to produce interactive content that enhances learning engagement.
- Develop video content using AI avatars and traditional production techniques to improve storytelling and learner engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the rapid design and development of digital learning content.
- Proficiency in learning technologies and authoring tools, particularly Articulate Rise.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for publishing, tracking, and reporting.
