White Goods Engineer Responsibilities
  • Attend customer homes and businesses across Suffolk to diagnose and repair a range of domestic/commercial appliances, including laundry, dishwashing, cooking, and refrigeration units
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every visit
  • Manage workload independently, using a tablet to upload reports and track service calls
White Goods Engineer Requirements
  • Full UK Driving License (essential)
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience repairing white good appliances (laundry, dishwashing, cooking, refrigeration)
  • Ability to supply your own hand tools
  • Physically fit, able to lift and manoeuvre heavy appliances safely
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload
