Working Hours: 08:30 – 16:30 Full time, Office Based.
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established and well recognised Retail and distribution business who have opened their new site in Stowmarket!
Main Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant information
- Participate in HR activities such as job fairs and wellbeing events.
- Prepare letters in relation to disciplinary outcomes.
- Assist with absence management.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Administration of disciplinary processes
- Prepare letters, and documentation in relation to HR activities.
Experience and Skills required
- Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Desire to learn and take on new challenges.
