Alexander Daniels are supporting a longstanding client of ours with the search for an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team to contribute to the company's continued growth. As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the transactional bookkeeping for the business ensuring that ledgers are accurately maintained and updated. Key responsibilities:
- Managing the accounts payable and receivable ledger
- Processing invoices accurately
- Aged debtor reporting
- Generating sales invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving discrepancies
- Chasing outstanding debt
Essential requirements:
- Experience with accounting software
- Knowledge of excel
- 1 year experience within a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
