BDS are currently recruiting for multiple Repairs Administrator to work for a large Housing Association for their Stratford-Upon-Avonoffice.
This role is perfect for someone form a housing and repairs background who can hit the ground running in this fast paced but rewarding role.
Mian duties include but are not limited too;
- Assisting with the progression and completion of day-to-day responsive repairs for the residents.
- Action these repairs with urgency to ensure repairs are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Be meticulous when reviewing and accepting quotes.
- Confirm that the repair work done matches what was quoted before payment is made
- Keep both internal and external customers informed on the status of the repairs at all stages.
- Deal with all queries received either by telephone or online.
- Offer excellent customer service throughout the entire repairs process
- Diagnose all repairs to the required standard to ensure the correct action is taken.
- Investigate the cause and ascertain if a repair should be a recalled or closed down, liaising with all parties concerned
The ideal candidate will have;
- Proficient in using CRM systems and multitasking across multiple systems
- Strong admin and IT skills
- Experience in a similar role in repairs and housing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Temporary ongoing contract to start ASAP
Payrate - 14.30 PAYE or 19.66 UMB
Hours - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
