Contracts Manager - Flooring | Stratford-upon-Avon | £25,000+ | Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in flooring, construction, or estimating? An established and reputable flooring business in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a proactive and organised Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

Working from their Stratford-based office, the successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing domestic quotations and new build contracts from start to finish - ensuring a smooth transition from initial enquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit client sites to take accurate measurements

  • Prepare and submit detailed quotations for flooring contracts

  • Oversee multiple jobs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

  • Negotiate with suppliers and liaise with sales representatives

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships effectively

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar project-based role

  • GCSE-level education or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Knowledge of MeasureSquare software (or similar) is an advantage

  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
