Our client require a Receptionist to be on standby for any ad hoc sickness and holiday cover, in the Stratford, Alcester or Leamington Spa area.

This would suit someone who is flexible with their time and is specifically looking for ad hoc temporary assignments

Receptionist duties include:

  • Engage with guests and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Answer general telephone enquiries
  • Assist with any complaints
  • Be customer focused ensuring that all customers are satisfied
  • Data entry
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the building

Receptionist specification:

Essential

  • DBS enhanced – ideally you would already have an up to date DBS, but if not Reed can do this for you
  • The ability to work on an ad hoc basis
  • Be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
  • Take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of our client
  • Feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Have a friendly, positive and proactive manner
