A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Nailsworth for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel & restaurant. The Hotel has a busy seasonal restaurant along with weddings and functions. The Head Chef is looking for a career orientated chef who can assist and run the restaueant service cooking a fresh, seasonal menu. The role is 5 days per week with overtime paid. Live in can be provided.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs

- You will already be a Chef in a quality Hotel/Restaurant or Pub
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
