If you have experience in mechanical fitting or assembly, we want to hear from you!Location: StroudWorking Hours: 07:30-1630, Monday to Thursday (early finish on Fridays)Salary: £30,000Benefits: Monthly performance bonuses As a Mechanical Fitter, you'll play a crucial role in producing company products to high standards, following detailed instructions from drawings and supervisors.Key Responsibilities:

Perform sub-assembly production fitting and final assembly tasks.
Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components.
Assist in building fabricated assemblies from scratch, utilising various skills.
Strictly adhere to the Company's Health and Safety policies.
Undertake any other duties as required.

Requirements:

Engineering background with experience in an engineering role.
Ability to interpret manufacturing and assembly drawings.
Attention to detail and strong teamwork ethic.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Verify assemblies for alignment, dimensions, and quality.
Experience in vehicle fabricating/fitting is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Background in Aviation, Military, Marine, or related industries advantageous.
