The Opportunity
- Specialise in Company Commercial matters, a key growth area for the firm
- Play an active role in marketing, networking and developing new business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a broad range of sectors
What Experience is Required?
- Around 3 years’ PQE with a background in Company Commercial law
- Solid experience handling business sales, acquisitions, and drafting contracts
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act 2006 and general contract law
- Commercially minded with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
- A collaborative team player with excellent technical and commercial skills
