Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our fantastic client who are looking to add an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to their team.

Based in the Cotswold area, candidates who live within a commutable distance would be preferred however the may be accommodation on site (subject to availability).

The Role:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly, with thorough knowledge of all food products offered by the hotel.
  • Oversee the restaurant's operations during shifts to ensure efficient service.
  • Supervise waiting staff assigned to your area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Greet and welcome customers.
  • Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverages.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Proficient in customer service.
  • Industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • Capable of quickly addressing and resolving operational issues.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs and customer demands.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
