RESTAURANT MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a restaurant manager in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced
- Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to train & motivate a team to deliver results
- An understanding of cost controls
- Sales building
RESTAURANT MANAGER - YOU WILL:
- Manage day to day operations alongside the GM and Deputy GM
- Train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Drive sales to maximise profitability
