Site Manager - Residential

Location: south west (covering Worcestershire & Gloucestershire)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in multi-unit residential developments. This role will involve managing the construction of new-build housing estates, apartment complexes, and other large-scale residential projects across Bristol, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of multi-unit residential construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress, carry out quality control inspections, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, surveyors, and senior management to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including health & safety documentation and progress reports.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in multi-unit residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of housebuilding regulations, NHBC standards, and health & safety compliance.
  • Experience managing multiple plots and large residential developments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence (travel across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire required).
  • Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
