Have a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to quality, they are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Customer Support Administrator to join their dynamic team of 4 and department of 13.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to customers, addressing all inquiries promptly.
- Assist the Civil Operations Manager and Account Handlers in producing accurate quotes for commercial airline customers.
- Ensure quotes are delivered within 48 hours and maintain regular updates on order statuses.
- Identify sales opportunities and engage with customers to boost our client's Repair/Overhaul department.
- Manage data entry for orders, quotes, and sales statistics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Proactively seek new contacts and leads while supporting your team in achieving collective goals.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven background in sales or account management, preferably within the Engineering industry.
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- A professional, positive attitude towards customer service.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Familiarity with aviation equipment and industry trends.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt and maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Technologies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software.
