- Manage and process high volumes of HR lifecycle transactions using Workday.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues via Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure all data input and approvals are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Support core HR operations across a range of workstreams with efficiency and care.
- Uphold data privacy standards and escalate risks where necessary.
- Process HR Transactions
- Handle end-to-end HR lifecycle activities (e.g., onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding) using HR systems like Workday.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with HR policies and data entry standards.
- Provide HR Systems Support
- Act as a process and systems expert, particularly in tools like Workday and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Approve or review changes submitted in the system (e.g., job changes, personal details, compensation updates).
- Respond to Employee Queries
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
- Use a case management system (CRM) to track, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance
- Maintain and manage sensitive HR data with confidentiality.
- Ensure transactions align with policies, procedures, and data privacy laws.
- Identify and escalate risks or process gaps. Â
- Experience with Workday and Salesforce CRM (or similar systems).
- Minimum 1 year in a high-volume HR processing role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including mail merge).
- A high level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and customer service.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable, but not essential.
