Description

  • Process end-to-end HR transactions accurately using Workday.
  • Manage employee queries and requests through the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Review and approve HR data changes in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with process guides and data input standards.
  • Handle high volumes of employee data with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and efficient HR services.

Profile

A successful People Specialist should have:

  • Has hands-on experience processing HR transactions in Workday or a similar HR system.
  • Brings strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling large volumes of data.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving queries.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools like Salesforce and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understands HR policies and procedures and applies them consistently.
  • Maintains high standards of data privacy and integrity.
  • Holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification or is working toward it (preferred).
