- Lead a small payroll team, monitoring their performance and providing feedback,
- Manage the organisations end to end in house payroll service with high levels of accuracy
- Manage the organisations pension scheme, ensuring compliance with pension legislation
- Lead in salary reviews and increases
- Provide payroll information for use in management reporting
- Liaise with pension providers and disseminate information to staff
- Develop the reward and benefits offering across the organisation, including new salary sacrifice schemes
- Lead on pensions and payroll audit
- Lead on continuous improvement to ensure optimisation of processes
- Proven experience as a payroll manager, with experience of supporting a team
- Experience of managing end to end payroll in a large organisation
- Knowledge of statutory payroll and HMRC regulations
- Experienced in leading pensions and payroll audits
- Experience of contributing to the creation of benefits strategies is desirable Â
