Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with strong leadership skills? We're working with an impressive company based in Sunderland seeking a Temporary Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their team in January.In this role, you will oversee a dedicated payment team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You'll provide professional operational oversight, maintain high standards of accuracy, and drive efficiency across the accounts receivable function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the accounts receivable team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and related transactions.
- Monitor workflows and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
- Act as the main point of escalation for queries and issues within the team.
- Report on performance metrics and contribute to process improvements.
About You:
- Proven background in Accounts Receivable, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
