On behalf of our clients, we are in search of an experienced rental agent to join their bustling Sunderland Branch.The candidate should have many years experience in the rental industry.The role encompasses day to day management of a portfolio of letting properties, this position enjoys a support staff member to take care of external work such as valuations, viewings, inspections.his position empowers you to maintain control over the portfolio.

In return, they offer a competitive basic salary, an excellent bonus scheme, and a company contribution to a pension scheme. Anticipated earnings exceed £30,000 per annum based on performance.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with every other Saturday from 9 am to 12:30 pm. Additionally, you'll enjoy 23 days of holiday per annum, along with public holidays. This is a permanent position with ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
