C9 Recruitment is seeking PCV / Coach Drivers for full-time long-distance intercity routes across the UK.
This role offers flexible shift options with an average shift duration of 9–13 hours and a 5 on, 3 off shift pattern.
Pay rates are £20.58 per hour via umbrella and £15.50 per hour via PAYE, with consistent hours of 39–48+ per week.
Candidates must have a valid UK PCV licence, valid CPC, digital tachograph card, and at least 6 months of coach driving experience.
Applicants should be at least 20 years old and have no more than 6 points on their licence, with no DRs, DGs, or bans.

The Role:

Drive long-distance coach services across key UK cities
5 on, 3 off shift pattern – includes one paid “spare” day (minimum 5 hours if not driving)
Paid sign on to sign off
Average shift duration: 9–13 hours
Weekly hours: 39–48+
24/7 operation with options for early, middle, late or night shifts
Onsite parking available

Pay Rates:

Umbrella - £20.58 per hour

PAYE - £15.50 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

Operate services safely and punctually
Deliver a high standard of customer service to all passengers
Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects
Keep vehicle clean and well-presented
Log hours and complete timesheets accurately

What You'll Need:

Valid UK PCV (Category D) licence
Valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card)
Digital Tachograph Card
At least 6 months coach driving experience (2 years preferred)
Basic or Enhanced DBS
Minimum age: 20 years
No more than 6 points on licence (no DRs, DGs, or bans)
