Key ResponsibilitiesRun your own section efficiently and consistently to high standards
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high quality
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen
Help train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen porters
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety standards
Contribute to menu development and daily specials with creative input
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passionate about food, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
Calm under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Experience in a hotel or fine dining environment
NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
