Tonic Talent is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our clients busy, fresh food pub in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity to support the Head Chef in running a kitchen that prides itself on preparing and serving high-quality, seasonal dishes. As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining standards, leading shifts, and motivating the brigade, ensuring the delivery of excellent fresh food in a fast-paced pub environment.
