Internal Sales

Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will require you to make outbound calls to customers on a daily basis, this will be warm calling as there is NO COLD CALLING involved.

Main duties of the Internal Sales Executive role include:

• Liaising with customers on a daily basis and maintaining strong relationships
• Following up leads and generating new business
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up
• Following up on quotes with the view to close sales
• Update the CRM system accordingly

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience within a Sales Support role
• Be confident in talking to customers on the phone, so you must be happy to pick up the phone and make outbound calls
• Have excellent IT skills
