What You Will Do:
- Provide technical support to manufacturing areas, including layout design, equipment procurement, and production planning.
- Lead the implementation of new processes and equipment to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Develop and optimise production methods using advanced engineering techniques.
- Create and maintain essential documentation such as process flows, work instructions, and PFMEA.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve yield, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong understanding of modern production techniques.
- Ability to analyse and optimise processes using tools such as Ishikawa and 5 Why analysis.
- Expertise in creating and reviewing engineering documentation, including routings and PFMEA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production challenges.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation.
