?? Your Key Responsibilities:- Purchase Ledger Management - Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely payments.
- Operating Lease Oversight - Manage operating leases and ensure compliance with IFRS 16.
- VAT Returns - Assist with VAT submissions and regulatory compliance.
- Fixed Asset Management - Maintain the fixed asset register with precision.
- Accruals & Prepayments - Support accurate financial reporting through timely accruals and prepayments.
- Subsidiary Accounts - Take ownership of management accounts for two subsidiaries.
- Month-End Close - Contribute to month-end processes and reporting.
- Ad Hoc Support - Be ready to assist with various finance-related tasks as needed.
- Background in finance or accounting.
- Experience with purchase ledgers, VAT, and fixed assets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
