Logistics AdministratorLocation: Minworth – On-siteOur client are a busy and customer-driven logistics and distribution company committed to excellence in service and teamwork. They are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Logistics Administrator to join the on-site operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and manage data accurately, keeping systems and records up to date.
  • Coordinate transport schedules and communicate any delivery issues or delays internally.
  • Prepare and issue shipment documentation to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between hauliers and customers, ensuring high service levels, escalate issues when necessary.
  • Understand the basics of transporting Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods (full training provided).
  • Monitor carrier performance and escalate inconsistencies or delays.
  • Collate and present KPI data as required.
  • Assist with financial accuracy of invoices to ensure correct customer billing.
  • Manage delivery schedules and customer communication regarding stock or order issues.
