- Enter and manage data accurately, keeping systems and records up to date.
- Coordinate transport schedules and communicate any delivery issues or delays internally.
- Prepare and issue shipment documentation to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as a key point of contact between hauliers and customers, ensuring high service levels, escalate issues when necessary.
- Understand the basics of transporting Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods (full training provided).
- Monitor carrier performance and escalate inconsistencies or delays.
- Collate and present KPI data as required.
- Assist with financial accuracy of invoices to ensure correct customer billing.
- Manage delivery schedules and customer communication regarding stock or order issues.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
