Sales Coordinator
Location: Sutton in Ashfield
Salary: £27,000 basic + up to £6,000 annual bonus based on company profit (No sales involved)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join a friendly and customer-focused team. This role involves managing customer enquiries from start to finish - identifying the correct parts, preparing quotations, following up, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

If you're commercially minded, confident using IT systems, and enjoy building great relationships with customers, this could be the role for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify parts using manuals and online parts catalogues
  • Respond to customer orders, enquiries, and estimates via phone, email, and online channels
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to convert estimates into sales
  • Monitor sales levels, conversion rates, and pipeline value
  • Review contracts and ensure orders are accurate before processing
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with franchise partners to support business growth
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to meet customer delivery requirements
